Vinyasa yoga with Larissa of Release + Flow Yoga, LLC will be offered every week at the Marlbank Farm clubhouse. Classes will be held on Tuesday evenings at 6pm with the exception of one week every month (excluding November) where the weekly session will be offered on a Wednesday at 6pm.
Vinyasa Yoga Class Description, Release + Flow Yoga, LLC: In this dynamic movement practice, we flow through yoga postures syncing breath with movement. The class includes seated poses, sun salutations, standing and balancing postures, and core work. Some gentler poses are incorporated into the flow of the practice.
This practice targets the whole body and offers stretching as well as strength and stability building. Due to the element of flow, cardio is also a part of this practice which moves at a consistent yet thoughtful pace. Participants are encouraged to practice mindful awareness and rest as needed. Duration: 60 minutes
These fun kits are easy to put together for kids! All you need is 15 to 20 of your favourite summer pictures!

There are three kit options to choose from.
Recommended ages is 6 and up
Younger ages can purchase a kit and take it home or have a parent help them the day of:)

Curated Color Co. will be at our clubhouse for a mini color analysis! What's that? Well, she'll evaluate your eyes, skin, undertones, etc. and give you a custom color/pattern pallet that will best compliment you. The cost is 60$ with optional add on services (listed on the bottom of the second flyer) that can be added at the event. The cost includes: mini color analysis, all drinks/cocktails, a variety of brunch foods, and games/magazines/activities while we wait for our turn. Each private consult is approx. 15 min and we are limited to 15 spots so sign up ASAP!
Calling all Marlbank neighbors who love using a chainsaw and hammering out their stress!
We would love to have some volunteers help us take down the old wall-ball wall near the Marlbank Farms pool to make way for the renovation of our basketball court!
We’re hoping to rebuild the wall down the road, possibly as an Eagle Scout project. In the meantime, we need some demolition-loving volunteers to help us clear the way!
