MRA MEMBERSHIP

DESCRIPTIONS FOR EACH LEVEL IS PROVIDED BELOW - SCROLL DOWN. Select your desired membership level and click NEXT to proceed through the application. An email will be sent with payment information as well as initial login details. Once payment is received and membership is verified you will be able to access member's only pages. A walkthrough can be found here. Please note that a $25 late fee will be effective after May 16, 2023 (except for Associate Membership).

Join us in becoming Marlbank Recreation Association members. The MRA has the following membership options. For more information on any level, please contact Trish Schengber, Membership Chair at membership@marlbankfarm.com. All memberships renew annually on May 15th.

Full Membership
Full  Memberships are available to Marlbank Farm, Manor House Court and Three Point Court residents.
  • Full members enjoy all the neighborhood amenities and activities all year long including our 25-meter pool, early morning adult summer swimming, tennis courts, playground, ball field, dock access, TGIF parties, social events, children’s holiday parties & play groups. Member event fees apply.
  • $400 annual dues plus one-time buy-in fee of $1,200, payable over 2 years with 50% minimum paid at joining.


Associate Membership

Associate Memberships are available to anyone living outside of Marlbank Farm, Manor House Court and Three Point Court or to those renting a home in Marlbank Farms, Manor House Court and Three Point Court.

  • Associate members enjoy the neighborhood amenities and activities all year long including our 25-meter pool, early morning adult summer swimming, tennis courts, playground, ball field and dock access.
  • Associate Members have year-round access to social activities including TGIF parties, social events, children’s holiday parties & play groups. Non-member event fees apply.
  • $400 annual dues


Social Membership

Social Memberships are available to Marlbank Farm, Manor House Court and Three Point Court residents.

  • Social members enjoy the neighborhood social activities all year long, including TGIF parties, annual holiday picnics, special event gatherings and our County famous Oyster Roast, but do not have access to the pool, tennis courts and dock. Member event fees apply.
  • $200 annual dues plus one-time buy-in fee of $1,200, payable over 2 years with 50% minimum paid at joining.


Community Membership
Community Memberships are available to Marlbank Farm, Manor House Court and Three Point Court residents.
  • Community membership allows residents to maintain membership but has/offers/includes no access to facilities
  • $100 annual dues plus one-time buy-in fee of $1,200, payable over 2 years with 50% minimum paid at joining.


Golden Membership

Golden Memberships are available to those who once lived in Marlbank Farm, Manor House Court or Three Point Court and maintained a Full MRA Membership for at least 25 years.

  • Golden Members will have access to all neighborhood amenities and activities all year long including our 25-meter pool, early morning adult summer swimming, tennis courts, playground, ball field, doc access, TGIF parties, social events children's holiday parties and play groups. Member event fees apply.
  • $200 Annual dues

Benefits of Joining the MRA

The association and its facilities are home to numerous social and athletic events throughout the year including the annual Oyster Roast, the Mudtoads Swim Team, and the annual Turkey Toad Trot.
