MRA MEMBERSHIP

After selecting your desired membership level, simply click NEXT at the bottom of the page to proceed through the application and payment screens.

Join us in becoming Marlbank Farm Recreation Association members. The MRA has the following four membership options. For more information on any level, please contact Trish Schengber, Membership Chair at membership@marlbankfarm.com

1. Full  MRA Membership

Full   MRA  Memberships are available to Marlbank Farm and Marlbank Cove residents and to renters of a residential property in Marlbank Farm.

    •         $400 annual dues plus one-time buy-in fee of $1000, payable over 4 years OR $800 if paid in full with first year’s dues. No buy-in required of Marlbank Farm property renters. A decreased buy-in fee may be available for purchasers of a Marlbank Farm home with a current full membership.
    •         Full members enjoy all the neighborhood amenities and activities all year long including our 25-meter pool, early morning adult summer swimming, tennis courts, playground, ball field, dock access, TGIF parties, social events, children’s holiday parties & play groups. Full member event fees apply.
    •        Membership renews annually on May 15th.


    2. Social MRA Membership

    Social MRA Memberships are available to Marlbank Farm and Marlbank Cove residents.

    •        $200 annual dues plus one-time buy-in fee of $1000 payable over 4 years OR $800 if paid in full with first year’s dues.
    •        Social members enjoy the neighborhood social activities all year long, including TGIF parties, annual holiday picnics, special event gatherings and our County famous Oyster Roast. Full member event fees apply.
    •        Membership renews annually on May 15th.

    3. Associate MRA Membership

    Associate MRA Memberships are available to anyone living outside of Marlbank Farm.

    • $375 annual dues
    • Memorial Day through Labor Day, Associate members enjoy our 25-meter pool, early morning adult swimming and may attend our TGIF summer parties, Memorial and Labor Day picnics.
    • For an additional $25, Associate members may participate in all MRA socials for the entire year. Event fees apply.
    • Associate members are also eligible to join our Marlbank Mudtoads swim team.
    • Membership  renews annually on May 15th


    4.   Community MRA Membership

    Community MRA Memberships are available to Marlbank Farm residents.

    • $100 annual dues
    • Membership renews annually on May 15th.
    • Community Members have fulfilled their buy-in fee and are interested in maintaining their Full Membership but do not have access to any MRA facilities
    • Membership renews annually on May 15th.


    5. Golden MRA Memberships

    • Golden MRA Memberships are available to those who once lived in Marlbank Farm or Marlbank Cove and maintained a full MRA membership for at least 25 years.
    • $200 Annual dues

    Benefits of Joining the MRA

    The association and its facilities are home to numerous social and athletic events throughout the year including the annual Oyster Roast, the Mudtoads Swim Team, and the annual Turkey Toad Trot.
